"Duck, 'n cover!" These words were used to scare us into believing there was a real danger of a nuclear blast in our area. We were told by newspapers that our area was a target, in fact the front page was filled with 6,000 miles of range for ICBM's from koo-bah or some other such place.

Well the real danger, it turns out, was in disarming ourselves. Gunfights in the old west always had at least 2 six shooters, one on each side of town. Turns out that didn't happen much either. The threat of death was always greater than the actual turn of events.

So now, in the name of humanity, we are slowly disarming America. Protection is guaranteed by the 'organization' back east that can't protect little children world-wide of trafficing, can't protect 3rd world Christians of persecution, can't prevent rogue countries from get nukes and can't stop spending money unwisely. I'm just not going trick or treating for them like I did when I was a kid. Not gonna happen.

In the end, though, we knew this would happen. Any organization that claims it can reign in terror world wide is just fooling us and the horse we rode in on. When will we wake up? Never.
